The privacy policy of RainedOut will not expose the numbers or e-mail addresses of subscribers. This protects subscribers from having their private, personal contact info shown without their permission.
However, if you already know someone's phone number or e-mail address, as the admin, you can check if they've registered using the "Search" function in RainedOut.
Just type in the 10-digit mobile number (digits only) or e-mail address you'd like to check. If the number/e-mail is registered your RainedOut account, the system will let which groups, if any, that number has opted-in for.
You may optionally delete the device from the system.
