Deleting Devices

RainedOut provides two methods to remove devices from the system. Of course, users may cancel alerts at any time by going to www.RainedOut.com and clicking the Opt-Out link, or by texting STOP to 84483.

As the administrator, you may have the need to clear out a subscriber's phone number and/or e-mail address.

There are two ways to remove devices from RainedOut:

1. Search for an delete an individual's phone number / e-mail address on the Search page.

or

2. Delete all subscribers from your account on the Settings page.

Note: These functions are available to "Super Admin" administrators only.
